Acupuncture, Holistic Medicine and Herbs, have been in use for thousands of years to help
maintain   health and longevity. Acupuncture is the use of very thin sterile stainless steel needles,
inserted at   specific points, known as Acupoints on the body to increase the flow of
blood  and energy
in the body  in order to promote health. Here you will find natural and
effective, safe and drug free
treatments  and modalities. Free your body of pain and maintain
or regain balance, gain control of
 your health.

The first thing we do when we or our loved one’s have pain is to touch it and try to make it feel
better hence this is  where massage was born. Herbs and foods we eat have
different effects on the
body; this is where  herbalism and nutrition come in. From bruising
and pain it has been realized
that there are places  or points throughout the body that when
pressed or stimulated with enough
pressure can help  improve blood flow and help heal.
This is where acupuncture was discovered.
When the chi is stuck, or blocked it does not flow
correctly  through the channels or meridians that
run throughout the body. The blood flows
with the chi, therefore when the blood is not flowing
correctly many times we have pain or
Acupuncture helps restore balance to the body, through moving the body’s
energy or chi,
(electric impulses). When there is an injury or the body’s energy is stuck
i.e.: bruising, or internal
disorders organal, or systemic, with the use of different therapies
this energy can move and aid in
 the healing process.
Needle less acupuncture is done with low level electric impulses that can be
used in place of
needles. It is a very effective treatment when done correctly.

Hypnosis -  A Holistic approach to reach the subconscious mind to help adapt to positive thoughts and
behavior. Helps with fears, phobias, and addiction by reinforcing positiveness and patterns. Hypnosis,
also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have
heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal
repetition and mental images. When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are
more open to suggestions. Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to
help you cope better with anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to
suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behavior.

Tai Chi Qi Gong

If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

What is tai chi?
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Tai chi has many different styles. Each style may have its own subtle emphasis on various tai chi principles and methods. There are also variations within each style. Some may focus on health maintenance, while others focus on the martial arts aspect of tai chi.

Who can do tai chi
Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels. In fact, because tai chi is low impact, it may be especially suitable if you're an older adult who otherwise may not exercise.
You may also find tai chi appealing because it's inexpensive, requires no special equipment and can be done indoors or out, either alone or in a group.
Although tai chi is generally safe, women who are pregnant or people with joint problems, back pain, fractures, severe osteoporosis or a hernia should consult their health care provider before trying tai chi. Modification or avoidance of certain postures may be recommended.
